And because most of the components of H+ME Technology homes are pre-assembled before they reach their destination, the entire home can be constructed in a fraction of the time it takes a traditional build. That means not just an earlier move-in date, but also the assurance that no building materials are damaged from being left outside on the jobsite during construction.
IT’S ALL ABOUT TOLERANCES.
A tolerance of 1/4” is the industry standard for building materials production and assembly – but thanks to H+ME Technology’s advanced processes, we’ve narrowed that figure for most materials to just 1/16”. That means better, more accurate assembly from the start, and less opportunity for “compound errors” that can result as tolerance gaps multiply across the different components and materials that make up your home.
